Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to add value and grow your expertise in a diverse, progressive, and expanding business? We have a unique opportunity for a capable HR professional to join an established team providing proactive employee relations advise whilst supporting recruitment and a range of exciting HR projects.
The role will include:
- Providing HR support and guidance to managers and staff regarding ER matters
- Supporting the HRBP on a variety of projects and audit preparation
- Compiling professional and consistent correspondence in line with company policy
- Maintaining the HR mailbox, resolving queries and prioritising
- Updating the HRIS system for monthly payroll
- Collating data and creating reports
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a HR environment essential
- Practical knowledge of Employee Relations matters
- CIPD level 5 or working towards
- Experience of updating and maintaining HRIS
- IT proficient Word, Excel and Outlook
