HR Administrator 
£12.21 per hour
Derby
Full time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)


We are supporting a growing organisation in Derby who are seeking an experienced administrator to provide support to their HR team. This role will focus on compliance, onboarding and general HR administration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carry out right to work checks and maintain employee records
  • Process background checks and references
  • Support the onboarding process for new starters
  • Complete compliance and file audits
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR function
About you:
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
  • Previous HR, recruitment or onboarding experience desirable
