Job Role: HR Administrator
Location: Nottingham
Pay Rate: £25k-£28k (doe) 
Contract: 6 month contract 
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours 

Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful, market leading organisation based in Nottingham. We're looking for a HR Administrator to ensure accurate and timely information for weekly and monthly employees. 

 

The company has a fabulous reputation and is well established in their field of expertise. 

 

What does the role involve:

  • Assist in collecting and inputting payroll data such as timesheets 
  • Working alongside the HR Advisor to ensure accuracy and timely submission to the external payroll company
  • Handle holiday calculations, including zero hours or leavers
  • Managing all the onboarding processes such as offer letters, contracts of employment, reference checks, probation and leavers letters
  • Ensuring right to work checks are completed. 
  • Support the HR Advisor in the review and approval of process of payroll for weekly and monthly employees

Who are we looking for?:

  • Excellent Excel skills being able to manipulate and analyse data 
  • Strong organisational and communication skills 
  • Ability to collaborate with staff at all levels
  • Self-motivated, working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Good attention to details
