Are you a HR administrator looking to work for a flexible company?

Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a local organization based in Nottingham who are looking for an experienced administrator to provide support to the People and Culture team.

Benefits:

  • Home based role, requirement to work from the office in Nottingham once per month
  • Enrollment into a level 1 Westfield health plan
Duties will include:
  • Managing employee onboarding including right to work checks, DBS checks and processing any further contractual changes in the employee cycle
  • Using Excel spreadsheets to track HR processes
  • Communicating effectively with Payroll colleagues to ensure timely and accurate procesisong of salary changes.
  • Hadnling first line HR queries via telephone and email
  • Ensure HR records are up to date and compliant with GDPR
  • Minute taking at meetings
  • Working effectively with the wider HR team

Who are we looking for?
  • HR Admin experience desirable
  • Strong Admin experience is a must
  • Team player
  • IT proficient including Microsoft Excel
