Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30 - 6 pm , occasional earlier shifts. One in four weekends, Saturday 9 - 5.30 and Sunday 10-4 (2 days off in the week)

If you’re the kind of person that loves providing quality customer service whilst representing a luxury brand – we have the role for you. We are looking for a smart and well-presented front of house professional.

Duties include:

• Meeting and greeting VIPs and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
• Providing refreshments and associated hospitality services
• Ensuring guests are well looked after
• Coordinating diaries and managing individual client requirements
• Associated administration duties

Skills/Experience Required

• Previous experience working within the elite service sector (hospitality, beauty, luxury brand, or similar)
• Confident liaison skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
• Smart and presentable
• Good attention to detail
• Customer-focused
