Are you an experienced and established HR professional with a passion for driving cultural transformation and strategic growth?

We are working with a growing organisation seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead its people strategy and support business growth. This is a stand-alone role with responsibility for shaping HR practices, culture, and policies across the business.

What will the role involve?

• Partner with senior leadership to deliver HR strategy and best practice
• Provide guidance on all HR matters including employee relations, performance and workforce planning
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to exit
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems
• Lead on talent attraction, learning and development, and succession planning
• Support cultural change initiatives and employee engagement
• Ensure payroll and HR processes run smoothly and effectively

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role (Head of HR/Head of People/HR Director or similar)
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of HR legislation, practices and processes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident with HR systems and Microsoft Office
