We are searching for an inspiring Trainer who is passionate about adult learning and is looking for the opportunity join a team of likeminded training professionals. 

They are a well-established brand and favoured training provider to an impressive client base they are looking for an individual who will act as an advocate for the business and support their exciting growth plans.

Duties will include:
 

• Collaborating with Senior Management team to ensure course content and design remains relevant and impactful 
• Creating innovative and original content that is a powerful mixture of theory practice and critical self-reflection 
• Challenge delivery methods and explore innovative multichannel platforms 
• Engaging with tutors and implanting quality assurance measures 
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and create effective communication channels 
• Identify coaching trends and looking for opportunities to enhance the current offering 

• Previous experience in a similar role in training, further education/adult learning 
• Experience in designing, delivering and leading training, evaluation, moderation, and quality assurance 
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a commercially astute focus 
• Coaching qualification – essential 
• Flexibility for occasional UK travel
