German Speaking Team Leader (Customer Service)
£28000 + Excellent benefits package (Mat leave contract)

You will be responsible for supervising, coaching and mentoring the team. You will develop strong relationships, lead on improvements and projects.

Duties will include:

• Motivate and drive performance of team
• Day to day operational management duties
• Building long term working relationships with key customers
• Working with internal departments including finance/sales/warehouse to include smooth operations
• Compiling business reporting and strategic feedback

Skills and experience required:

• Fluent in both English & German
• Proven track record of Team Leadership
• Excellent communicator with strong time management skills
• Analytical and advanced IT skills
