German Customer Service Specialist (German) 

£17,000- £23,500 + Benefits

Various shifts available - Monday - Friday
8.30am – 4.30pm
9.30am – 2.30pm (Part-time)
2.30pm – 10.30pm
4.30pm – 9.30pm (Part-time).

Are you a fluent German speaker? We are recruiting for a luxury brand business who are looking for a customer service professional to manage their German customer base.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with German customers via email and telephone
  • Delivering an excellent customer service experience
  • Liasing with Key Accounts, providing them with any needed information about their orders, shipments
  • Authorise sundry credit notes for commercial reasons (i.e. discount and price discrepancies, shortages and lost in transit) strictly following the company’s guidelines and
  • rules.
  • Highlight any problems/errors regarding all issues related to Key Accounts, informing all parties involved.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as the Credit Dpartment to ensure all queries are
    resolved

Who we are looking for:

  • Fluent English and German (written and spoken) – essential
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Previous experience in a customer relations role, contact centre and/or retail
