German Customer Service Executive

Job role: German Customer Service Administrator
Location: Derby (Hybrid Working)
Pay Rate: Up to £12.50/hr
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours

Harper Recruitment Group are proud to be working in partnership with the leading designer brand. We are looking for German speaking candidates to join the team from their Derby office (some days working from home available.)

You will receive first class training and support, these opportunities are initially on temporary basis but could be the start of an exciting career for the right candidate.

What will the role involve:

• Assisting on projects working closely with the customer service and sales teams
• Liaising with customers via email and telephone
• Updating European customers on delivery schedules
• Processing customer orders using CRM database
• Handling customer returns
• Responding to all enquiries regarding services and products

Who are we looking for:

• Candidates must also be fluent in both German and English
• Ability to troubleshoot independently
• Relationship building and and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
