Duties will include:

• Providing technical support for clients in French and English
• Logging all incidents on relevant software systems
• Diagnosing technical issues
• Providing solutions to customers over the telephone and email
• Escalating technical queries
• Providing excellent customer service

Skills and experience required:

• Successful French-speaking candidates must be available to complete initial training on-site in our client’s Newark offices before being provided with a kit to work from home after three weeks
• Fully flexible approach to working hours – must be available to work some evenings and weekends  
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English
• Problem-solving and attention to detail
• Customer service experience
• IT/Technical Support experience advantageous
