Duties will include:
- Providing technical support for clients in French and English
- Logging all incidents on relevant software systems
- Diagnosing technical issues
- Providing solutions to customers over the telephone and email
- Escalating technical queries
- Providing excellent customer service
Skills and experience required:
- Successful French-speaking candidates must be available to complete initial training on-site in our client’s Newark offices before being provided with a kit to work from home after three weeks
- Fully flexible approach to working hours – must be available to work some evenings and weekends
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- IT/Technical Support experience advantageous
