Are you fluent in French and English? We are working with high quality international brand who are looking for Customer Service professional to provide support to their European customer base.

The successful French speaker will be responsible for processing customer orders and resolving enquiries to the highest standard.

Duties will include:

• Assisting with a range of enquiries and issues regarding customer orders
• Providing a prompt and efficient response
• Liaising with customers via email, online chat and telephone
• Process and monitor orders
• Managing shipping and freight requirements

Skill and experience required:

• Fluent verbal and written French and English (ESSENTIAL)
• Previous experience within Customer Service role advantageous
• Polite and confident communication skills
• Enthusiastic and energetic
• MS Office (intermediate Excel)
