Our client is expanding and they have exciting plans, they are looking for bright, enthusiastic like-minded Financial Services Administrator to join their success!

You will play a key role in supporting a team of Financial Advisers, ensuring client transactions, documentation and business processes are handled efficiently and accurately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

You will act as a central point of contact for advisers, clients and providers, helping to deliver a high standard of service while maintaining regulatory and compliance standards

What will the role involve?
  • Processing new business applications and associated documentation
  • Managing client records and maintaining accurate information within internal systems
  • Chasing providers and third parties to progress applications and client requests
  • Supporting advisers with client transactions and cash management activities
  • Preparing documentation and paperwork for client meetings
  • Managing incoming calls, correspondence and client enquiries
  • Uploading and maintaining client documentation in line with company procedures
  • Processing policy claims and seeing them through to completion
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA and company compliance requirements
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, advisers and colleagues
Who are we looking for?
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within financial services, wealth management, pensions, investments, mortgages or banking
  • Basic Financial planning knowledge advantageous
  • Experience using Intelligent Office system of special interest but training provided
  • Experience using Transact platform is essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office – Excel
