Financial Accountant 
Circa £60K DOE + Benefits

Are you an experienced and qualified Financial Accountant looking to work for a leading organisation in the professional services sector?

Duties for this role are:

• Preparation of statutory accounts and detailed audit working papers including consolidated group accounts 
• Running the statutory audit process and preparing working papers whilst responding to all audit enquiries 
• Preparation of the Partnership and Corporation Tax computations and associated analysis, consulting with tax advisors to sign off tax returns 
• Reserve reconciliations and partner current account work including planning for partnership self-assessment tax payments
• Project work including monthly review and sign off balance sheet reconciliations 
• Reviewing internal financial controls, policies and procedures 
• Analysis of any IT or capital investments for appropriate account treatment
• Evaluating and calculating release schedules for any loan or lease changes 

• Qualified ACCA/ACA Accountant including practical experience in a similar role 
• Experience within the professional service sector desirable 
• Strong Excel and reporting skills 
• A curious can-do attitude 
• Up to date knowledge of reporting standards tax legislation
