Job Role: Financial Accountant
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Salary: £40k

Harper Recruitment Group and working in partnership with a leading independent Financial Advisors in Nottingham City Centre, due to continued success and multiple acquisition projects our client is looking for a Financial Accountant.

You will be responsible for managing the operational finance activities including financial systems, commission matching and reporting, purchase ledger, expenses, credit control, cash management and banking.

What does the role involve?

• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Allocation & reporting of commissions
• Purchase ledger functions
• Payment of staff expenses
• Credit control
• Cash management including forecasting
• Day to day management of team

Who are we looking for?

• Proven Finance experience in a fast-paced environment
• ACA or ACCA
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Organised with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator
• Good attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
