We are working with a well-established business in Leicestershire who are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead their finance team and support continued growth.

What will the role involve?

• Lead, motivate and develop a finance team
• Oversee financial reporting including management accounts and reconciliations
• Manage cash flow, budgets and forecasts
• Monitor sales and purchase ledgers and provide authorisations
• Support year-end accounts and audit processes
• Ensure compliance with HMRC returns and reporting requirements
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in finance leadership and team management
• AAT / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong technical accounting knowledge across daily, monthly and annual cycles
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
