Finance Administrator - Part Time

A unique part time oppurtunity to join a friendly mail order company in Nottinghamshire. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to the finance department. This is a temporary to permanent oppurtunity for the right person.

What does the role involve:

  • General administrative support for Finance and Human Resources
  • Entering purchase invoices onto the finance system (Sage)
  • Cross-checking invoices and investigating discrepancies
  • Generating B2B invoices and sending electronically or by post
  • Credit control
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Year end audit preparation
  • Ad hoc admin tasks including booking travel and organising events

Who are we looking for?:

  • Experience of working in a finance office or busy office
  • Experience using Sage and Excel
  • Ideally purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control experience
  • Computer literate
