We are working with a growing business in Leicester who are seeking a Finance Administrator to provide support within their finance function. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to progress to a permanent position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team
  • Process purchase and sales invoices accurately
  • Carry out reconciliations and credit control activities
  • Support with audit preparation and reporting
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About you:
  • Previous experience in a finance or busy office environment
  • Confident using Sage and Excel
  • Knowledge of purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control desirable
  • Strong IT and organisational skills
