Schedule statutory servicing and compliance testing in line with current legislation and British Standards.
Manage service contracts including fire safety, gas, plumbing, electrical, lifts, pest control and water hygiene.
Coordinate contractors to complete planned and reactive works within agreed timescales.
Organise larger-scale maintenance projects and refurbishment works when required.
Process and maintain compliance documentation, service records, inspection reports and risk assessments.
Keep landlords and tenants informed of planned works, improvements and service disruptions.

You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in a Facilities Manager or similar property management role.
