Facilities Manager 
£28,500 - £31,000 DOE + Benefits

Do you have “hands on” facilities management experience with a positive can-do attitude! We are looking for a skilled individual who is comfortable with both IT technologies whilst not being afraid to wield a paint brush if needed!

The post holder will take an active lead in the Health and Safety provision at the Nottingham site overseeing and co-ordinating a range of maintenance works. You will line manage x2 Maintenance Assistants as part of an effective inhouse team. 

Duties will include:

  • Undertake planned and preventative maintenance works across the Nottingham site 
  • Project Manage refurbishments and act at the central contact for all external contractors
  • Engage and instruct 3rd party tradespeople ensuring a high standard of work 
  • Managing a small fleet of cars, organising services and MOT’s 
  • Supporting IT contractors with first line server and infrastructure issues

Skills and Experience required:
  • IOSH qualification or willingness to undertake training essential 
  • Previous experience in similar role essential 
  • Line management experience advantageous 
  • Flexible approach to act as key holder for the building 
  • Full UK Driving license
