Do you have “hands on” facilities management experience with a positive can-do attitude! We are looking for a skilled individual who is comfortable with both IT technologies whilst not being afraid to wield a paint brush if needed!
The post holder will take an active lead in the Health and Safety provision at the Nottingham site overseeing and co-ordinating a range of maintenance works. You will line manage x2 Maintenance Assistants as part of an effective inhouse team.
Duties will include:
- Undertake planned and preventative maintenance works across the Nottingham site
- Project Manage refurbishments and act at the central contact for all external contractors
- Engage and instruct 3rd party tradespeople ensuring a high standard of work
- Managing a small fleet of cars, organising services and MOT’s
- Supporting IT contractors with first line server and infrastructure issues
Skills and Experience required:
- IOSH qualification or willingness to undertake training essential
- Previous experience in similar role essential
- Line management experience advantageous
- Flexible approach to act as key holder for the building
- Full UK Driving license
