Job Role: Facilities Manager
Location: Leicester
Salary: £23,500
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours a week (Maternity Cover - 12 months)


Harper Recruitment Group are very excited to be working with a Leicester based not for profit organisation who are looking for an experienced Facilities Administrator to join their team. You will play a key part in the smooth daily activity within their team.

Duties will include:

  • Managing daily and routine maintenance across the site
  • Acting as first point of contact for all tenant enquiries
  • Supporting the team with all aspects of administration
  • Booking room hire when needed
  • Gathering quotes from suppliers /contractors
  • Project management
  • Providing office cover when staff are away


Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Organised and proactive
  • Facilities management experience is essential
