Nottingham – Flexible working/Hybrid
Full Time Monday – Friday

Due to continued success and growth, we are on the hunt for an experienced and capable Administrator to support a busy team. The successful Administrator will enjoy a varied workload providing admin, financial and file management support. You will play an integral part in the smooth and effective running of one of the UK’s top, award winning leaders in professional services sector.
What will the role involve?

  • Providing admin support on a multitude of exciting and varied projects
  • Working to deadlines whilst producing a high standard of work
  • Coordinating team meetings, preparing agenda’s taking and distributing meeting minutes
  • Coordinating multiple Diaries for the team and booking travel requirements
  • Updating and maintaining the integrity of a digital file management system
  • Producing a high standard of documentation using MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Assisting with the processing of bills and expense claims
Who are we looking for?
  • Previous experience in a similar Administration support role or similar essential
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Highly organised, excels when working under pressure.
  • Accomplished MS Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
