What will the role involve?
•    Proactively managing calendars, appointments and travel arrangements for the Chief Operating Officer 
•    Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, presentations and reports with meticulous attention to detail. 
•    Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritising incoming communications, emails and phone calls
•    Maintain the integrity of the electronic filing system. 
•    Taking and distributing meeting minutes and preparing agendas

Who are we looking for?
•    Previous experience in a PA/EA role or similar essential.
•    Experience working with the professional services sector of interest. 
•    Exceptional organisation skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
•    Proficiency in MS Office Suite.  
•    Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
