We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a highly reputable, well established leading organisation within the professional services sector.
This is a multifaceted, busy role looking after a team where you will be required to use both your client relationship and administrative support skills.
Duties will include.
• File management; updating and maintaining digital client files utilising an inhouse case management system.
• Chasing stakeholders for information and always ensuring compliance.
• Producing a high level of a variety of documentation including audio typing/digital dictation.
• Inputting data accurately onto a bespoke database system.
• Preparing annual returns, checking and settling supplier invoices.
• Submitting applications on behalf of clients always ensuring accuracy.
• Booking rooms, taxis, delivery and courier requests.
Skills and experience required.
• Previous experience within an admin/office support role essential.
• Strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite including MS Word and Excel.
• Experience of demonstrating exceptional organisational skills.
• Customer focused with a positive, professional and conscious attitude.
