Role: Executive Assistant

Location: Nottingham

Rate:  circa £32k (£16.53ph)

Hours:  Monday to Friday 37 hours

Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a regional government partner, our client is looking for an experienced Executive assistant to provide a professional support to chairman level.

We are looking for a highly organised, attentive, and sharp individual to manage complex and comprehensive diary arrangements.

What will the role involve?

  • Full diary management and coordination
  • International and strategic planning of appointments
  • Liaising with council leaders and government officials
  • Screening and prioritising inbox and correspondence
  • Booking travel itinerary via third parties
  • Always ensuring confidentiality
  • Drafting of documents, presentations, agendas, and reports
  • Managing workload, ensuring time sensitive issues are dealt with in a timely manner

To be successful in this role you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Our ideal candidate would have previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Management experience.

Initially the role is on a temporary basis but could progress to a permanent opportunity for the suitable candidate.
