Key responsibilities:
?    You'll be at the heart of the sales journey, helping buyers and sellers every step of the way
?    Take ownership of property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, arranging viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
?    Build lasting relationships with vendors and buyers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance throughout the process
?    Negotiate confidently to secure the best outcomes for all parties while keeping sales progressing smoothly
?    Proactively generate new business opportunities and maintain regular communication with clients, delivering a first-class service
?    Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors to keep transactions on track
?    Maintain accurate records, manage enquiries and ensure compliance requirements are met

?    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
?    A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
?    Strong negotiation abilities with a commercial mindset
?    The drive to achieve targets while working collaboratively within a supportive team
?    Great organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
?    Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle (Essential)
