Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful and growing property investment business. The company are multifaceted with numerous different businesses to their portfolio including serviced apartments and supported living facilities. 
They are looking for a bright, organised individual to support the Director with a range of exciting projects. You will be pro-active, able to work at pace with a positive can-do energy! 
What will the role involve?
•    Taking ownership of a variety of tasks including planning applications, refurbishment, and facilities projects 
•    Researching potential suppliers and solidifying external stakeholder relationships 
•    Providing operational support including HR related activities 
•    Assisting with the implementation of new digital software roll out. 
•    Collating accounts and budget related data
•    Booking events and organising venues
•    Analysing market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities 
Who are we looking for?
•    Previous experience in a project and or EA role or similar
•    Strong IT skills -MS Office Word/Excel and PowerPoint
•    Ability to multitask, prioritise and work at speed.
•    Superb communication skills 
•    Degree level educated or equivalent.
