Position:  Permanent 
Location: East Midlands (Office Based)
Salary:      £35-40k
 
Harper Recruitment Group is proud to be working in partnership with a successful organisation based in Derbyshire. Our client has exciting plans to continue their digital journey and are looking for an experienced designer to join the team as Digital Learning & Marketing Designer.
You will be a key player within the team, ensuring the creative design of all E-learning and marketing collateral, you will have a flair for graphic design and be an expert in video and web development.
What will the role involve?

  • Design and create engaging and innovative learning solutions for use across digital and print platforms
  • Working closely with product teams to take design and solution briefs
  • Creating artwork and graphics for use in print, online and across social media
  • Produce, record and edit video, podcast and blog content
  • Working with the Marketing team to update the website and create social media content
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends in digital design
  • Maintaining the in-house Learning Management System
  • Ensuring the marketing strategy is delivered in line with the brand
Who are we looking for?
·         Digital design expert with strong graphic design and e-learning creation skills
 Excellent understanding of inclusive design principles
·         Expert in graphic design packages: Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva
Web development skills (HTML, CSS, JS)
·        Relationship builder with excellent communication skills
