Job Role: Customer Account Manager
Salary: £27-29k
Location: Nottinghamshire/NG15

Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a successful business in North Nottinghamshire, due to continued success are recruiting within their Customer Support team.

To become part of this fast-growing successful business you will need to have B2B account management ideally within a warehouse/logistics related sector.

You will be responsible for developing relationships and service delivery of key accounts.

What will the role involve?

Managing and developing existing accounts, maintaining active and regular contact
Understand customers’ requirements, identify opportunities and propose solutions
Identify and win new business opportunities

Using excel for business reporting and invoicing
Develop strong relationships with both customer and internal customer support colleagues

Who are we looking for?

Proven Customer Care/Account management experience
The ability to forge long lasting relationships
Be able to demonstrate success in account growth through business development

IT savvy – advanced excel skills
