Customer Support Coordinator

Job Role: Customer Support Co-ordinator
Salary: £23,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5:30pm & 10am – 6:30pm

Harper Recruitment Group are working with a leading global IT provider who are looking for an experienced customer service professional to join their team.

Duties will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Completing essential administrative tasks associated with the role
  • Managing the end-to-end customer service experience within the agreed SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Taking ownership of operational customer issues through to full resolution
  • Responsible for monitoring and progressing all incoming calls
  • Working on various contracts in partnership with both internal and external suppliers

Skills and experience required:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a customer facing role (ESSENTIAL)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to use initiative and problem solve
  • Self-motivated, positive and proactive attitude and a great team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbally)
