Job Role:  Customer Care Administrator
Salary:      £18.5-22k
Location:  Nottingham

Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a medical manufactures based just outside Nottingham City Centre.

You will have a passion for providing a great customer experience and play a key part in building relationships.

What will the role involve?

  • Responsible for the aftersales care
  • Contacting customers to follow up on orders
  • Assiting with general customer queries
  • Data entry & updating customer records
  • Contacting customers regarding order resolution, delivery/shipping information
  • Producing correspondence and confirmation via email.
  • Completing all required administration.

The successful Customer Service Administrator will meet the following criteria:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
