Job Role: Customer Support Advisor
Salary: £19-21k

To become part of this fast-growing successful team you will be a customer service champion, an excellent communicator, you will be responsible for developing relationships and supporting the key account managers.

What will the role involve?

Managing customer accounts, responding to queries and finding a resolution
Understand customers’ requirements, identify opportunities and propose solutions

Using excel for business reporting and invoicing
Develop strong relationships with both customer and internal departments
 

Who are we looking for?

Proven Customer Support experience
The ability to forge long lasting relationships

IT savvy – advanced excel skills
