Job Role: Customer Service Team Leader
Salary: £25,000 
Hours: Monday-Friday shifts between 6am – 6:30pm


Harper Recruitment Group are working with a leading global IT provider who are looking for an experienced customer service team leader with proven experience of working within a contact centre.

Duties will include:

  • Prioritising and distributing workload across your designated team to achieve and improve on agreed client SLA’s and internal KPI’s
  • Completing monthly 121’s with team members
  • Acting as primary escalation for any customer complaints
  • Building excellent customer relationships
  • Involvement with the recruitment process of new team members and participating in interviews
  • Analysing performance data to establish areas for improvement
  • Providing initial induction and onboarding support followed by continued training plans and coaching when needed

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience within customer service role, ideally at team leader level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and engaged in all aspects of providing excellent customer service
  • Flexible working approach
  • Excellent leader and will be a strong communicator
