Customer Service Team Leader

Are you an experienced, motivated Team Leader with strong Excel skills and a analytical mind set?
This thriving company have created a new division within their Customer Service function that will specialise in managing and maximising on the Sales Order conversions. You will supervise and coach a small team, develop stake holder relationships whilst encouraging continuous improvement.
Duties will include:
- Planning and liaising with customer service, external stakeholders, and warehousing to ensure the successful shipping of order
- Track incoming orders and deliveries and taking appropriate action for delays/pull forwards
- Monitor key customer requirements to ensure their products are received and meeting expectation
- Develop positive relationships with key contacts and partners
- Operational management of a small team of customer service executives
- Creating a variety of reports for strategic review
- Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Skills and experience required
- Experience working effectively in complex global organisations
- Advanced Excel skills and comfortable with using formulas
- Experience working in the Retail, ecommerce, or similar industry sector
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in developing a team
- Experience of managing and delivering against SLA’s
