We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced customer service professional to join a friendly and busy team within a family-owned business in north Nottingham. 

Duties will include:

• Ensuring the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction at all times
• Processing customer orders 
• Managing customer queries and complaints
• Delegating tasks within the Customer Support team
• Supervising the office in the manager's absence
• Assisting the manager with reports
• Onboarding and supervising temporary staff

Skills/experience required:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory or team leader role
• A customer service background (telephone, live chat, email experience)
• Ability to work independently and without supervision
• People and time management

This role is with an immediate start and is a maternity cover for 9 months.
