Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time

Harper Recruitment Group are proud to be working in partnership with a leading telecommunications service provider based in Nottingham who are recruiting for a full time and a part time Customer Service Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis!
 

What will the role involve?

Responding to customer queries and ensuring a timely resolution

Demonstrating product knowledge to customers

Anticipating issues before they arise in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Escalating complaints

Understanding individual customer needs and offering appropriate solutions

Identifying leads and cross-selling or up-selling opportunities where possible
 

Skills and Experience Required:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar customer service role

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Proactive approach to building relationships and improving customer experience

Experience or an interest in the telecoms/technology/software industry desirable
 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and successful global company with their head office in Nottingham city centre. This position is available on a full-time (Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm) or part-time basis (3 days/week 9am-5.30pm.)
