Job Role: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid Working Available)
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time

Harper Recruitment Group are proud to be working in partnership with a leading telecommunications service provider based in Nottingham who are recruiting for a full time and a part time Customer Service Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis!
What will the role involve?
Responding to customer queries and ensuring a timely resolution
Demonstrating product knowledge to customers
Anticipating issues before they arise in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Understanding individual customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
Identifying leads and cross-selling or up-selling opportunities where possible
Skills and Experience Required:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar customer service role
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Proactive approach to building relationships and improving customer experience
Experience or an interest in the telecoms/technology/software industry desirable

This position is available on a full-time (Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm) or part-time basis (3 days/week 9am-5.30pm.)
