Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful, growing manufacturing and distribution business with roots in Nottingham. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Customer Service Manager to provide support to an established team of Customer Service Executives. The successful Customer Service Manager will motivate, guide and drive the team in delivering excellence.
What will the role involve?

• Line Managing a team of 10 Customer Service Executives to include 121’s, KPI setting/monitoring and appraisals.
• Identifying training requirements and influencing behaviours through providing a source of support, motivation and inspiration.
• Creating and energised and positive team culture.
• Acting as the primary escalation point for bespoke quotations and client queries.
• Overseeing and ensuring the smooth processing of 100 + orders per day.
• Maintaining the integrity of the Sage CRM system, maximising on its efficiency to improve service delivery.
• Managing a new customer pipeline of prospects and liaising with the Sales team to execute Sales strategies and campaigns.
• Contributing to the “bigger picture” monitoring competitor activity and influencing growth.

• Previous experience in a commercially led business as a Customer Service Team Leader, Customer Service Manager or similar.
• An energetic, enthusiastic personality with the ability to influence others.
• Commercially astute with the willingness to collaborate with Sales team and contribute to the growth strategy.
• Superior communication skills, comfortable when dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
