Duties will include
• Answering telephone calls and assisting with customer enquiries relating to product availability, suitability, and delivery ETA’s.
• Processing orders using a bespoke order processing software.
• Managing and diffusing customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Responding to email enquiries and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Providing advice and guidance on a range of products.
• Utilising the warehouse management system and demonstrating an understanding of the invoicing, purchase order, returns procedures.
• Ensuring orders are pushed through to ensure timely daily invoicing is maintained.
Skills and experience required
• Previous experience in a similar Customer Service environment essential
• Experience of dealing with couriers and exposure to manufacturing/warehousing environments advantageous.
• Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Superior communication skills.
• Driven, motivated and a “can do” attitude essential.
