Contract: Temporary ongoing
Salary: £25000k
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30-5.00pm

Harper Recruitment group are looking for a Customer Service Executive, our client – a leading design and solutions business have a position within the Customer Experience and Supply Chain team

You will be responsible for building long lasting relationships with B2B Customers in the Supply Chain department, providing exceptional support and product knowledge.

What will the role involve?

  • Coordinate the customer orders and quotations
  • Launching new product ranges with customer base
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Sales administration duties
  • Identifying “up-sell” opportunities
  • Liaising with customers via email and telephone
  • Supporting field-based account managers with daily sales activity
  • Ensuring customer SLA’s are achieved
  • Updating product knowledge

Essential criteria:

  • Proven Sales Administration/Account Management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A team player with great attention to detail
