Job Role: Customer Service Agent x 4
Location: Derby/Nottingham/Work from home
Pay Rate: £9.23ph (£18,000)
Hours: 9-5.30 37.5 hours
An exciting opportunity to work for a high-end luxury brand, we are looking to recruit vibrant positive people to join their expert customer service team.
Initially these roles are to support the upcoming seasonal periods with start dates available from October.
What does the role involve:
Supporting customers via live chat, telephone an email
Investigating and resolving customer complaints liaising with internal teams /customers/couriers
Placing customer mail orders – providing a tracking service
Processing returns , replacements and refunds
Maintaining product knowledge and promotions to provide a 1st class customer experience
Raising customer tickets, handling stock enquiries and data entry duties.
