Customer Service Agent Derby £10.63 per hour Monday-Sunday, 37.5 hours
Harper Recruitment is looking for passionate customer service professionals to join a fantastic client of ours in Derby.
What does the role involve?
Responding to customer queries through allocated tickets, emails, letters, telephone and live chat
Investigating and resolving customer complaints
Liaising with internal teams /customers/couriers
Providing a tracking service for online orders and resolving any order issues
Processing orders, returns, replacements, and refunds
Performing other customer-based administrative duties
Who are we looking for?
Proven customer service experience from office, call centre, retail, hospitality or similar
Bubbly and passionate team player
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise
MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
