Harper Recruitment is looking for passionate customer service professionals to join a fantastic client of ours in Derby.


What does the role involve?

• Responding to customer queries through allocated tickets, emails, letters, telephone and live chat
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints
• Liaising with internal teams /customers/couriers
• Providing a tracking service for online orders and resolving any order issues
• Processing orders, returns, replacements, and refunds
• Performing other customer-based administrative duties

• Proven customer service experience from office, call centre, retail, hospitality or similar
• Bubbly and passionate team player
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
