Job Role: Customer Service Agent (Ted Baker)
Location: Derby/ hybrid working
Pay Rate: £10.63ph
Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday
Harper Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with leading designer brand – Ted Baker, we are looking for customer service champions to join their team of Agents, you will be responsible for providing a first-class support service to the global customer base.
These are initially temporary positions for 12 weeks to support a busy customer service department.

What does the role involve?
- Supporting customers via live chat, telephone and email
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints liaising with internal teams /customers/couriers
- Placing customer mail orders – providing a tracking service
- Processing returns, replacements, and refunds
- Maintaining product knowledge and promotions to provide a 1st class customer experience
- Raising customer tickets, handling stock enquiries, and data entry duties
- Demonstrate knowledge of product lines and services
Who are we looking for?
