Harper Recruitment Group are looking for articulate and accurate customer service professionals to join a well-established organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their next role in customer care.

What does the role involve?

  • Accurately placing and amending orders 
  • Answering high-volume telephone calls and emails
  • Acting as the first point of contact for queries relating to stock availability, product information, website support, delivery updates and aftercare resolution
  • Building rapport with the customer base
Who are we looking for?
  • Customer service experience in an environment where accuracy is key
  • Precise attention to detail
  • A good listener and able to work as a team
  • An excellent timekeeper
  • MS Office proficiency is a must, experience in Salesforce would be beneficial
