Salary: £11.44 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 shifts Monday to Sunday (1 in 3 weekends), office hours

Start date: Monday 22nd April

Harper Recruitment Group is excited to collaborate with a specialist online retailer in North Nottingham, who are currently expanding their customer service team.

What will the role involve?

• Delivering an excellent level of customer service to a valued customer base
• Responding to customer queries through allocated tickets, emails, telephone, and live chat
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints
• Liaising with internal teams
• Maintaining knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
• Using multiple communication channels to engage with customers and to add variety to your role

Who are we looking for?

• Proven customer service experience from office, contact centre, hospitality, or similar
• Excellent communication skills and able to work at a fast pace
• Bubbly and passionate team player
• Experience using Shopify or Gorgias would be advantageous!
• Additional European language would also be a plus
