Job role:  Customer Service Advisor

Location:  North Nottinghamshire (Newstead)

Salary: Up to £10.14/hr

Hours:   9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Permanent.

We are recruiting for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established ecommerce business in North Nottingham on a full-time, permanent basis.

What will the role involve?

• Providing excellent customer service over the telephone and email
• Providing information on products
• Handling customer enquiries
• Processing customer orders from start to finish and raising invoices
• Investigating customer complaints and returns

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience within a similar customer service role
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent writing skills and written communication
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office
• Experience of ecommerce advantageous
• Experience of using Web Chat advantageous
