Customer Service Administrator
Contract: Maternity cover until July 2025
Location: North Nottingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 2:30pm
Hourly Rate: £11.44ph

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Join our client, a highly regarded mail order company, as a Customer Service Administrator processing customer orders.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient and accurate processing of customer orders
• Prompt handling of customer inquiries via email, live chat, and telephone
• Addressing customer complaints with professionalism and urgency
• Tailoring responses to individual customer needs
• Staying informed about current offers, promotions, and product availability
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assisting with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Proven customer service experience in office, retail, hospitality, or similar environments
• Positive, friendly attitude to match the office environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Possession of a driving license and own car preferred due to limited public transport availability in the area
