Job Role: Customer Experience Executive

Salary:    £30,000

Location: Nottingham

Harper Recruitment group are looking for a Customer Service Champion, our client – a leading tech solutions business have a position within the Customer Experience and Supply Chain team

You will be responsible for building long lasting relationships with B2B Customers, providing exceptional support and product knowledge.

Initially this role is a 3-month contract but has the potential for a genuine long-term career opportunity.

What will the role involve?

  • Coordinate the customer orders and quotations
  • Launching new product ranges with customer base
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Sales administration duties
  • Identifying “up-sell” opportunities
  • Coordinate customer schedules
  • Supporting field-based account managers with daily sales activity
  • Ensuring customer SLA’s are achieved
  • Updating product knowledge

Essential criteria:

  • Proven Sales Administration/Account Management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A team player with great attention to detail
