Job role: Customer Experience Advisor

Location: Leicestershire

Salary:     £20,000+ attractive benefits package

Hours:    Monday -Friday 37.5 hours between 8am-5pm

Harper Recruitment are looking to speak with Customer Service Champions, due to continued success our client based in Leicestershire have an opportunity to join their Customer Experience Team.

We are looking for people who have a passion for providing world-class customer service, are outgoing and enthusiastic with the ability to provide technical product knowledge.

What will the role involve?

  • Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone or email for commercial and domestic customers
  • Providing information on products and services
  • Setting up direct debits, online accounts and paperless billing
  • Processing customer orders from start to finish and raising invoices
  • Handling customer pricing and contract renewals
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within a similar customer service role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent writing skills and written communication
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • IT Savvy
