Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well-established award-winning organisation. Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their Accounts team. 

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for efficiently collecting the firm's debts through phone, email and written communication within defined guidelines

What will the role involve?

• Collecting debt via telephone, email and letter. 
• Run credit reports on new clients and make fact-based decisions on credit risk.
• Escalate any issues of concern to the Management team. 
• Attend review meetings in person and via video call.
• Maintain and update the internal database system. 
• Build position relationships with clients, lawyers and colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of credit control experience in professional services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in running credit risk assessments.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills. 
• Numerate and detail oriented.
• MS Office suite including Word, Excel and outlook.
