Credit Controller

Job Role: Credit Controller
Location: Leicester
Salary: £18,500 (increasing to £20,000 within a year) + Bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm and 1/4 Saturdays 

Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful and well-establied energy supplier in Leicester. We are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team to manage customers' debt and establish suitable payment plans. 

Duties include:
- Managing and collecting overdue debt
- Communicating with customers over phone and email
- Managing your own ledger 
- Negotiating with customers and decision making
- Prioritising aged debt collection
- Working towards KPIs 
 

Skills/Experience required:
- Credit Control experience desirable but NOT essential!
- Experience within an outbound call centre or similar
- Collections or Complaints experience advantageous 
- Excellent and professional telephone manner 
- Ability to multitask and manage own time and workload
